Mark is a former sledge ice hockey Paralympian and played for the Sheffield Steelkings and was Captain of the GB team. He is now an international disability access lead and Director at Nimbus Disability.

Jodi plays as a winger for Notts County Football Club. He suffered three almost career-ending cruciate ligament injuries in as many years, but through rehab recovered and went on to have his greatest season to date.

Tim is a blind Paralympic swimmer who won five medals at three Paralympic Games between 1992 and 2000, before going on to chair the British Paralympic Association and sit on the International Paralympic Committee.
Tim is also a Deputy Lieutenant for Nottinghamshire, Freeman for the City of Nottingham, has been inducted into the England Swim Hall of Fame, and was awarded an MBE, an OBE and then a CBE for Services to Sport.

Leah Washington-Pugh was just 17 years old when she suffered a life-changing injury in the Smiler rollercoaster crash at Alton Towers.
Leah had to have her left leg amputated from above the knee and has experienced the full rehabilitation journey, including having a prosthetic fitted and learning to walk again.

Luke was a patient at Linden Lodge, NUH's rehabilitation unit before the NRC. Luke was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, found himself paralysed from the face down and had to learn to walk again. He is now back at work as a mechanic and wanted to become a patient ambassador to help others in a similar situation.

Harvey suffered a life-changing head injury and multiple neck fractures on his way home from a football match. He continues to recover at home and is back watching Nottingham Forest with his sons and is delighted to be a patient ambassador to encourage others.
