Referrals to the National Rehabilitation Centre will only be available to appropriate inpatients in hospitals within the East Midlands.
Hospitals within NUH are able to make a referral directly through the Nervecentre EPR system. Other Trusts will be able to refer via a dedicated NRC referrals email inbox which will be shared in the near future.
A Trusted Assessor will then carry out an assessment on the patient to determine their suitability for rehabilitation at the NRC.
