Actively participate in your rehabilitation programme by attending therapy sessions, following instructions from the team and engaging in therapeutic activities.

For those patients physically/cognitively able to, to be ready on time for rehabilitation sessions and meals at allocated spaces.
Communicate openly with the team about your goals, concerns and preferences. This will help the team to tailor your rehabilitation to meet your specific needs.
Be mindful of your safety and the safety of others. Follow safety guidelines provided by the team, such as using mobility aids appropriately, practicing fall prevention strategies, and using assistive devices or adaptive equipment as instructed.
The use of alcohol and/or the use of illicit substances is NOT permitted during your time at NRC.
The NRC has a no smoking policy and for this reason does not allow smoking in or around the building for staff or visitors.
We operate a zero tolerance policy within the trust and the centre. Body cameras and staff alarms are in use and we may alert the security team or the police if required. We can deny access to any visitor breaching the aggression, violence or harassment policy, and may pursue legal action if appropriate.
