The National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) is a 70-bed regional specialist rehabilitation unit serving the East Midlands. It is the first NHS facility of its kind, and is run and staffed by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The NRC is also home to the national training and education centre, and the national research and innovation hub, for rehabilitation in England. The centre aims to transform rehabilitation across the country.
The NRC building has been carefully designed to encourage rehabilitation, recovery and independence, and we have the latest state-of-the-art facilities and technology.
The clinical teams here provide specialist assessment and intensive treatment for patients aged 16 or over with a wide range of conditions requiring specific and intensive rehab.
